Every KiDOSki WHIP scooter is thoroughly inspected and packed after the order is placed.

• Processing / Preparation Time: 1 to 2 business days
• Dispatch Time: Within 3 business days from the order date

If there are any unexpected delays (festive rush, inventory restock, or courier issues), we will update you proactively.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

• Most major PIN codes: 3 to 5 business days
• Remote or interior locations: 5 to 7 business days

Courier delays due to weather, holidays, or regional issues are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email so you can follow your shipment.

4. Address Accuracy
