At KiDOSki , every WHIP scooter is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. To maintain our quality and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for color preference or a simple change of mind. However, your order is 100% protected in case of any genuine manufacturing defect or issue from our side.
If there is any genuine issue, we will always make it right.

When Returns / Replacements Are Allowed
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- You provide a continuous parcel opening video starting before opening the package
- We will exchange or send a replacement within 7 days
- If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days
How to Request a Return / Replacement
- Record a clear parcel opening video (start before cutting the tape)
- Take photos of the product and the issue (if visible)

Return Conditions
- The scooter must be unused and in original condition with all accessories and manuals included.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Returns are not applicable for normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper assembly or rough use.
Replacement / Refund Process
- If the same model and color is available, it will be replaced at no extra cost
- If unavailable (e.g., color sold out), a refund will be issued
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and approved:- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days
