2. Products

Every KiDOSki WHIP scooter is carefully inspected and packed after your order is placed.
We prioritize your child’s safety, ensuring each piece is checked for quality and durability before it leaves our facility.


3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Dispatch Time: Within 3 business days
  • Delivery After Dispatch: 5 to 7 business days

If there are unexpected delays (like courier delays, weather, or inventory restocks), we will keep you informed.
Your patience genuinely supports our mission to bring safe, fun rides to kids everywhere.


4. Shipping

We deliver across India, using trusted courier partners:

  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • BlueDart

The courier is selected based on service availability to your PIN code.
Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.


5. Payments

We currently offer Prepaid Payments Only, including:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All payments are securely processed by certified payment gateways.
We do not store or have access to your banking information.


6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Every scooter from KiDOSki is thoroughly quality-checked before it is sent to you.
Because of our strict quality protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind or color preference.

However, your order is fully protected if there is a genuine issue from our side.

A replacement or refund will be provided if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and
  • A clear, continuous parcel opening video is provided (starting before cutting the tape).

This helps verify courier handling and prevents misuse.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with all manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • If an incorrect model or color was chosen by the customer during the order process, refund/replacement will not apply.
  • If replacement is approved:
    • We will replace the item at no extra cost.
  • If a replacement is not available (ex: specific color out of stock):
    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment source.

We carefully inspect and securely pack every item before dispatch.
Your trust matters — and we stand by the quality of our products.


7. No Resale Policy

Our products are created with care and engineered for safety.
Purchases are for personal use only.
Reselling our products for commercial use without authorization is not permitted.


8. Intellectual Property

All photos, product visuals, engineering designs, and brand content belong to Heshra Private Limited.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

We cannot control courier transit conditions or variations in screen color displays.
Minor color differences between your screen and the physical product, as well as courier delivery delays, are not reasons for replacement or refund.


10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally.
Customers are encouraged to refer to this page whenever purchasing.
